How To Request Deletion
Signed-in users can use the FollowThrough Health data portability section to request deletion or delete account data through the backend self-service endpoint.
What Deletion Covers
- Account record and authentication tokens.
- Patient profile fields, medications, intake records, and care plans.
- Uploaded report records and private report storage objects where available.
- Consent records, notification preferences, subscriptions, and audit events linked to the account.
Operational Notes
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, backup, or compliance purposes. Production retention rules should be reviewed by legal and privacy professionals before public launch.
