FollowThrough Health is an early care navigation product. Users agree to use it for organization, education, and preparation for professional care conversations.
No Emergency Use
FollowThrough Health is not an emergency service. If a user may be experiencing an emergency, they should call local emergency services or seek urgent in-person medical help.
No Medical Diagnosis Or Prescription
FollowThrough Health does not provide diagnosis, cure, treatment, prescription, or medical advice. Outputs must be reviewed with licensed healthcare professionals.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information where possible.
- Protect account credentials and verification links.
- Do not upload information unless the user has permission to share it.
- Do not rely on AI output as a final clinical decision.
Subscriptions
Subscription features may be activated through a payment provider. Subscription status, cancellation, and billing workflows must be confirmed before public launch.
Changes
FollowThrough Health may update these terms as the product moves from MVP to production. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the new terms.
